Refund policy

We hope that you are ALWAYS happy and love each of your items from Lexi Lu's. However, in the event of needing to return an item, you will get a full refund back on the original card as long as it is within 7 days of purchase. If it is past the 7 days, we will be happy to exchange the item for a different size or issue store credit within the 14 days from purchase.  After 30 days of purchase, returns or exchanges are no longer acceptable.

Sale items:  ALL SALES ITEMS 30% and above are FINAL SALE and items can only be exchanged for different size.

***ALL returns & exchanges MUST have tags and not been worn to be considered for return***

***When shipping back a return, you will be responsible for paying for the return label***

Shipping Policy:

After your order has been placed online, or you have commented on a live sale I will have the item shipped to you within 24 to 48 hours! If you are local and would like to pick up your order please message me. If Lexi is out of town, she will notify you with the delay. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays within the post office, please file a claim if something does happen. 

Cancellation of order, if it is within the 24-48 hour time frame, and your item has not shipped yet please reach out to Lexi if you are wishing to cancel your order. If the order has already shipped, then unfortunately nothing can be done until Lexi receives the order back.
