Do you offer Local Pick Up?
For Hamilton County residents, yes we offer local pickup at the Hobby Lobby on Greyhound Pass every Wednesday at 4:15 PM. If this time or location doesn’t work for you, please feel free to message us, and I'll be happy to make alternative arrangements.
What are online Exclusives?
Online Exclusives are website exclusives and are coming from our trusted vendors throughout the US. These do take a little longer to ship, anywhere from 2-10 days. You can still click local pick up at checkout for these and we will notify once I receive them or if you click ship, they will ship directly to you from our vendors.
When do items ship?
Typically, all items will ship out next day, unless Lexi is away, or the post office is closed. Once the items are in the USPS hands, it typically will take 2 days for you to receive them but as we all know there have been delays in the mail lately so, please give them grace.
What if my item comes damaged in the mail?
First of all, we are terribly sorry if this ever happens. However, once it is in the USPS hands it is out of our control on when and how it arrives which we understand can be very frustrating. If it does arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS and you can file a claim. When packing any fragile items, we do always make sure they are wrapped well and safety.
